Por diversos motivos muitas pessoas deixam de fazer a a declaração do imposto de renda 2022, segundo a Receita Federal em 2021, a cada 10 pessoas, 7 não declararam o imposto de renda de 2021. Sendo assim, é fundamental ficar atento ao calendário, e não deixar a declaração para a última hora.
Lembrando que, o prazo para entrega do Imposto de Renda começou dia 7 de Março e vai até até 29 de Abril. Confira abaixo, o que acontece se você não declarar o Imposto de Renda para a Receita Federal.
Não declarei o Imposto de Renda 2022, e agora, o que pode acontecer?
A regra geral é que toda declaração de Imposto de Renda 2022 deve ser enviada até o último dia útil do mês de abril. A declaração se refere ao chamado ano-calendário, ou seja, o ano anterior. Por exemplo, os rendimentos recebidos ao longo de 2021, é necessário declarar até o último dia útil de abril de 2022. O contribuinte que não declarar o Imposto de Renda 2022 dentro do prazo, terá que pagar uma multa de, no mínimo, R$ 165,74, caso não tenha imposto a pagar.
Por outro lado, no caso de precisar pagar algum tipo de imposto ao Fisco, o valor da multa inicia em 1% ao mês devido e pode chegar a 20% do valor do imposto.
Além da multa, o CPF do contribuinte ficará suspenso. Ou seja, todas as vezes que o CPF for consolidado, aparecerá como “Pendente de regularização”. Isso o impedirá de acessar a diversos serviços como:
- Financiamentos;
- Cartões de crédito;
- Tirar o passaporte;
- Viajar para fora do país;
- Se matricular em uma instituição de ensino;
- Tirar a carteira de trabalho.
Para alertar os esquecidos, a Receita Federal costuma enviar notificações para cobrar os contribuintes das correções necessárias e do pagamento de multa pela ausência do envio. Em casos extremos, o órgão pode bloquear CPFs. No caso do não pagamento da multa, a cobrança será deduzida do valor do imposto a ser restituído (em declarações seguintes com direito a restituição), com os respectivos acréscimos legais.
Quem precisa declarar
- quem recebeu rendimentos tributáveis acima de R$ 28.559,70 em 2021. O valor é o mesmo da declaração do IR do ano passado.
- contribuintes que receberam rendimentos isentos, não-tributáveis ou tributados exclusivamente na fonte, cuja soma tenha sido superior a R$ 40 mil no ano passado;
- quem obteve, em qualquer mês de 2021, ganho de capital na alienação de bens ou direitos, sujeito à incidência do imposto, ou realizou operações em bolsas de valores, de mercadorias, de futuros e assemelhadas;
- quem teve, em 2021, receita bruta em valor superior a R$ 142.798,50 em atividade rural;
- quem tinha, até 31 de dezembro de 2021, a posse ou a propriedade de bens ou direitos, inclusive terra nua, de valor total superior a R$ 300 mil;
- quem passou para a condição de residente no Brasil em qualquer mês e se encontrava nessa condição até 31 de dezembro de 2021;
- quem optou pela isenção do imposto incidente em valor obtido na venda de imóveis residenciais cujo produto da venda seja aplicado na aquisição de imóveis residenciais localizados no país, no prazo de 180 dias, contado da celebração do contrato de venda.
Entrega da declaração
A declaração e entrega do IR 2022 poderão ser feitas das seguintes formas:
- Do computador, o contribuinte poderá baixar os programas do Windows, Multiplataforma (zip) e Outros (Mac, Linux, Solaris). O programa estará disponível no próprio site da Receita Federal (clique aqui para acessar).
- Para os celulares, os programas estarão disponíveis para Android e IOS, buscando Meu Imposto de Renda na loja de aplicativos do seu celular.
- Preenchimento on-line: a declaração também poderá ser feita online, na página ‘Meu Imposto de Renda’, acessando o portal e-Cac (clique aqui para acessar).
A comprovação da apresentação da declaração do IR é feita por meio de recibo gravado depois da transmissão, no computador, em mídia removível ou no dispositivo móvel que contenha a declaração transmitida.
Contudo, quem não declara o Imposto de Renda 2022, cai na malha fina e passa por uma investigação detalhada das movimentações financeiras feitas pelo contribuinte. Em último caso, a pessoa também pode ter o CPF cancelado e ser acusada de crime de sonegação fiscal (e pegar até 5 anos de prisão).
