LB – CM – TD = LL
- LB: Lucro bruto ou vendas totais.
- CM: Custo de mercadorias vendidas (estoque, materiais, suprimentos).
- TD: Total de despesas operacionais (utilitários, impostos e taxas).
- LL: Lucro líquido antes dos impostos.
Depois disso, basta pegar o resultado e subtrair pelo montante dos impostos, incluindo o Imposto de Renda:
- LL – IM = ROL
- IM: Imposto de renda.
- ROL: Receita operacional líquida.
Por fim, é preciso somar a receita operacional líquida com o lucro retido do início do ano e, desta forma, chegaremos ao valor do lucro líquido anual:
ROL + LRI = LLA
- LRI: Lucro retido (início do ano).
- LLA: Lucro líquido anual.
Demonstração do Fluxo de Caixa
A demonstração do fluxo de caixa indica quanto dinheiro está entrando e saindo do negócio. Assim, para determinar seu saldo de caixa final, use a seguinte fórmula:
SCI + EC – FS = SCF
- SCI: Saldo de caixa inicial.
- EC: Entradas de caixa (itens como vendas à vista e pagamentos de contas a receber).
- FS: Fluxos de saída (itens como compras, salários e despesas com publicidade).
- SCF: Saldo de caixa final.
4. Contexto organizacional
Esta seção é bastante simples, pois tudo o que você precisa fazer é listar os nomes dos principais gerentes, executivos e diretores com seus respectivos títulos. Se quaisquer posições-chave ou indivíduos foram adicionados ou eliminados da hierarquia de gerenciamento, você também desejará divulgar essas informações para parceiros e investidores.
