Para fazer a consulta da situação do seu IR, o contribuinte precisa estar cadastrado no e-CAC (Centro Virtual de Atendimento ao Contribuinte) e possuir um código de acesso.
A seguir, mostramos como fazer o acesso ao portal e verificar a declaração do imposto.
1 – Crie o Código de Acesso
Para ter acesso ao e-CAC, o contribuinte precisa informar seu código de acesso.
A sequência numérica é pessoal e válido por até dois anos.
Caso o usuário tenha perdido o código ou o prazo já tenha expirado, ele pode criar outro através do portal da Receita Federal.
Assim, para criar o código de acesso para consultar IR, basta acessar o site da Receita, informar os dados do CPF e data de nascimento do contribuinte.
Além disso, será necessário inserir os números dos recibos de entrega das declarações do Imposto de Renda Pessoa Física apresentadas nos dois últimos exercícios, como explica a Receita.
Os valores dos recibos devem ser informados com 10 dígitos, retirando o código verificador.
2 – Acessar o e-CAC
Já com o código de acesso criado, o contribuinte deve se dirigir até o endereço eletrônico do Centro Virtual de Atendimento ao Contribuinte.
O e-CAC solicita do usuário os números do CPF ou CNPJ, além de código de acesso e senha – que pode ser resgatada a qualquer momento.
Estando todas as informações corretas, já será possível acessar o extrato da declaração do IR.
3 – Verificar a situação do IR
Logado no sistema, o contribuinte consegue acompanhar a situação da declaração enviada.
Assim, ele pode conferir o extrato com os pagamentos realizados e valores ainda a quitar.
Além disso, dá para verificar o status da declaração e, então, conferir o andamento do envio.
Veja, abaixo, o que cada um destes status pode significar – e o que fazer em cada caso.
Possíveis status da sua declaração
Depois de aprender como consultar IR, entenda o que significa o status encontrado para a sua declaração:
- Em processamento: a Receita Federal já recebeu a declaração, mas ainda a está analisando. Caso haja alguma pendência, o contribuinte será informado posteriormente
- Em fila de restituição: o usuário tem direito à restituição, mas ela ainda não foi liberada. Por isso, é importante ficar de olho na liberação dos próximos lotes
- Processada: a declaração foi concluída pela Receita Federal
- Com pendências: ficaram faltando informações ou documentos – é necessário verificar a lista de pendências o quanto antes
- Em análise: a declaração de IR foi processada, no entanto, a Receita Federal ainda está analisando novos documentos enviados
- Retificada: o envio original foi substituído por declaração retificadora apresentada pelo contribuinte
- Cancelada: seja por solicitação do próprio contribuinte, seja pela Receita, a declaração foi cancelada e perde, assim, seu efeito legal
- Tratamento manual: a declaração está sendo analisada e a Receita notificará o contribuinte por meio de correspondência.
Por que consultar situação do IR
Como a gente lembrou já no início do artigo, não faltam motivos para aprender como consultar IR.
Em primeiro lugar, há a sua responsabilidade como contribuinte.
Não basta apenas juntar toda a documentação dos rendimentos do ano anterior e enviar a declaração do Imposto de Renda a tempo.
Para evitar erros, inconsistências de dados, cair na malha fina e até ter problemas maiores com a Receita Federal, se faz necessário consultar a situação da declaração.
Dessa forma, logo que surgir qualquer pendência, você terá tempo suficiente para resolver tudo com tranquilidade.
Como consultar a restituição do IR
Não é apenas para evitar problemas que você deve ficar de olho na situação da declaração.
Ao acompanhar o status do envio, atualizado pela Receita Federal, também é possível verificar se você tem direito à restituição do Imposto de Renda.
Para conferir se você é um dos contribuintes que receberão de volta o valor pago a mais pelo tributo, siga estes passos:
- Acesse o site da Receita
- Informe CPF e data de nascimento
- Selecione o ano-base da consulta.
