Segundo a Receita Federal, os exames de diagnóstico da Covid-19 realizados em laboratórios, clínicas e hospitais em 2021 poderão ser deduzidos do Imposto de Renda de 2022.
Os testes em laboratórios, clínicas e hospitais entram no Imposto de Renda, já os testes de farmácia não entram. As declarações do Imposto de Renda 2022 poderão ser enviadas a partir do início de março, em data que ainda será divulgada pela Receita. O contribuinte deve ter os comprovantes de pagamento dos testes feitos nos hospitais, clínicas e laboratórios, caso seja solicitado pelo fisco, e ficar atento para declarar corretamente o valor pago, além do número do CNPJ da clínica, hospital ou laboratório para não cair na malha fina. O passo a passo é o mesmo para declarar outras despesas médicas. Quando faz a declaração, o programa da Receita mostra qual o modelo mais vantajoso, se o simplificado ou o completo. Pelo modelo completo, as deduções permitidas em lei que forem declaradas pelo contribuinte interferem no valor do imposto a pagar ou da restituição a receber. Para gastos com saúde não há limite de valor a ser declarado, mas falhas ao informar essas despesas costumam estar entre os principais motivos que levam o contribuinte à malha fina.
O contribuinte também pode deduzir gastos com educação (ensino oficial), e com dependentes, por exemplo, mas ambas são deduções com limite anual. A Receita recomenda que os comprovantes de todos pagamentos declarados sejam guardados em forma física ou digital por pelo menos cinco anos. O contribuinte também deve informar se a despesa é sua ou de algum dependente que consta na declaração do IR.

Em São Paulo, o Procon registrou preço mínimo do teste do tipo PCR no valor de R$ 178. O máximo encontrado pela força tarefa da fiscalização em janeiro foi de R$ 385. A variação levou o órgão a montar uma força-tarefa para fiscalizar laboratórios e farmácias por preços abusivos. O governo anunciou nesta semana que a declaração servirá também como prova de vida para segurados do INSS, como aposentados e beneficiários do BPC (Benefício de Prestação Continuada).

No preenchimento da declaração, abra a ficha “Pagamentos efetuados” no canto esquerdo da tela. Cada exame deve ser declarado separadamente. Para indicar que o pagamento foi feito para um hospital, clínica ou laboratório, selecione o código “21 – Hospitais, clínicas e laboratórios no Brasil”. Informe o nome do estabelecimento que fez o exame e o número do CNPJ que consta na nota fiscal ou recibo do teste
Preencha o campo “valor” com o preço pago no teste. Se o convênio médico reembolsou o exame, preencha o campo “parcela não dedutível/valor reembolsado” e informe o valor reembolsado
